All merchandise are custom designs, created at the time you place your order. All sales are final unless merchandise arrives defective.

Sizing charts are listed with each item in the pictures. Please be sure to check sizing to ensure you order your desired fit. Most apparel is true to size and is noted if fits looser or form fitted etc.

Deadline for replacement requests~ you have 7 days from the time your package shows delivered to submit your replacement request.

What to do if your item arrives defective or broken

Mugs~ Mugs that arrive damaged are replaced. Please submit clear pictures with your replacement request in jpg. form. Once the request is approved, a new mug will be mailed to you at no cost to you and new tracking will be provided.

Apparel, Water Bottles and Tumblers~ If your item arrives defective or is the wrong item, you can request a replacement. Please provide high quality pictures in jpg. form. Once the replacement has been approved, the replacement will be mailed to you at no cost to you and new tracking will be provided.

Where do I send in my request and what is required?

My desire is that nothing arrive defective and yet I understand we are all human so sometimes errors happen. I appreciate your understanding if one of your items does happen to arrive with any defects. If it does, please communicate with me via email, providing your order number, date of order and include clear pictures (jpg. format) of the defects as well as a full picture if a mug. Apparel must not be worn. I value you as a customer and want to ensure you love your Snap Doodle Dragon designs as much as I have loved creating them.
